In some instances, we may collect non-personal (aggregate or de-identified) data through cookies, web logs, web beacons and other technologies. This information is used to better understand and improve the usability, performance, and effectiveness of our products, services and websites. For example, we may track X number of visitors to one of our website’s pages or that Y number of men and Z number of women applied for a quote. We maintain the privacy of your personal health information, if any, that we collect as required by applicable state and/or federal law. We will keep confidential any personal health information you provide us, unless such disclosure is authorized by you or is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
